So, The Ultimate Hits has been leaked out early in Europe. (which, for the record, I think is a beautiful reward since his last couple projects have not been available internationally at all.) And if you read the internet reports you know that at least 2 of the questions I teased you with from my earlier blog have been answered:
What are you NOT going to see on the DVD that everyone thinks they will?
Which version of the "In Another's Eyes" video will be on the DVD?
What you don't know - yet - is the follow up question to both of those -- which is "And why?"

I ordered the Ultimate hits from his website on Friday (New Zealand time) and I received a message the next day, saying its been shipped, so perhaps they are shipping it out internationally early.
I have talked to retail here in New Zealand and most stores seem to think they will be getting it in in the next few weeks!
OMG, and this time I didn't order it directly!! LOL! I asked one of my American friends to buy the pink (breast cancer supporting) version for me!

Any chance that this Garth special will air again on Saturday or something? I am so wanting to hear it but I will be on a plane from Australia to Atlanta to see Mrs Brooks before heading onto Kansas for the Garth/Trisha shows. I don't get to Kansas till 9.30pm on Friday night.

Rachael, Short Cuts airs all weekend, at different times. :) It'll repeat Sat. at 10am EST, Sun 6pm EST, and Mon at 10am EST. Then we can buy the album in KC! :D
And... Thanksgiving weekend we'll encore the show if you missed it the first time.
Oh, and yes... it's going to be at least 2 1/2 hours I think. Will let you know tonight when I get the show put together.

Got my set and this is the best Garth release to date.
The DVD has more than you know and it's great to finally see video's of different concerts.
Also IAE alone is worth the price of set.
Before IAE, When You Come Back To Me Again was my favourite Video and now it's this.
Don;t get me wrong, I will always love the Video's for We Shall Be Free and The Change as they are about the real world and event surrounding it.
Sometimes the hurt is brought through song's and it something we can associate and share our thought's and prayers from.
