I have been saying for a while that Gary can't sing. Met Jay in Lonnies one night and told him so!! Honest to God I did!! Jay got up on stage and sang. Whe he came off I asked why he wasn't lead Cause Gary sucks!!! and he said "I can't to everything!!!" LOL
Good night. Good performances all round, except for the two Flatts performance and Big & Rich's performance which had an apt title - 'Loud', although 'Loud and Bombastic' would have been a better one.
Good to see Brad FINALLY win Male Vocalist - completely overdue.
Strait winning Album of the Year was a nice surprise.
Pleased for Taylor Swift.
Who the heck voted for Sugarland? What is the point of dented hat man?
Blech Blech Blech Sugarland & RF!!! They are HORRIBLE!!! I can't believe they won....but this is coming from a huge Tim McGraw fan & he wasn't even nominated (except for muscial event with Tracy & Kenny...which they did win). I will never understand these award shows & how the votes are cast....How Tim wasn't nominated for ETOY is beyond me....

Yes he was.. and I called it. Well not to Brag but I predited all the awards, I was on last night. I was not happy with Sugarland. not really a fan but wasn't too surprised.
Gary did sound terrible and even my friend who is a big fan agreed, he must have been sick.
ONE more thing! Why is it that George Strait is King?? He doesn't believe that there any country fans in the NY tri-state area and he stands up there like a log!!
J-I saw Rascal Crap at Boot Scootin' in Columbus back before they had a record deal; I think it was '95. Gary was using his real name on the bio then, lol. In short they were excruciatingly bad; the guitars were even flat.
I saw last night's clip on utube; he sounded like he did back then. I suss the autotuner was on the fritz. I just don't get the popularity.

Rascal Flatts was hideous tonight. If Gary Levox was on American Idol, he would have been laughed out of the room.

The Flatts were the ONLY winners not to come do the press room. It was a HOPPIN' night back there!
