As many of you have figured out from my Taylor-Swift-like hidden messages and clues that I was going to start writing for the largest country music website on the internet, I am now, officially a staff writer for The Boot.
Being a 13+ year subscriber to America Online, I can't even tell you how cool that is! This is VERY much a part-time, as-I-can-find-time, opportunity, but I'm hoping to find time a couple of times a week anyway.
So go click on me!

I didn't realize The Boot was affiliated with AOL. So glad it worked out!! And very cute article!
Yeah... that's how come their traffic is so huge... the AOL welcome screen features their stuff all the time.
CMT.com is #2, and then GACtv.com, but there's a big gap between 2 and 3 in traffic.
Well this is huge then. Congrats!!!
Nice! Congratulations! The Boot is awesome.
I'm such a dork, I read your last post in Google Reader where the bold letters didn't show up, so I didn't get the secret message. That'll teach me.
It's always funny to me when people spell Kellie's name wrong on comments on her blogs, MySpace profile, Twitter, etc. The correct spelling is right there!
Congrats! That's pretty cool!
Congratulations!! Lovde the article :)
Methinks you need to add a link to your blog. ;-)
Ooh -- thank you, I'll do that. :-)
My Strait article went up this morning... although I like the Kellie one better! LOL
i just saw that and left a comment. It wasn't there when I looked this morning.
Aww... thanks! Articles that get comments show up on the right side of the screen and wind up getting more traffic.
New article up. :-) Loved the story behind the video...I'm surprised he didn't mention that.
At one point I had 3 stories on the home page today! LOL
I noticed that J...how cool is that!
Congratulations, I'm enjoying your articles.:)
I saw that a couple more stories were added yesterday...and also just noticed this morning that two of your stories are now linked on the right side of the page. :-) I meant to comment on the Darius Rucker story but hadn't done it yet. I also discovered that you can click on your name in the byline and bring up all the articles that you posted. :-)
