Call Now and talk to Storme!

Hey -- not only is Storme live out of our new studios for the next 3 hours -- he has working phone lines!

Check him out on Highway 16 until 7pm ET.

I finally did get through and spoke to him briefly. Requested Trisha's new single, but I don't know if he played it...I had to leave so didn't hear the last hour of the show.

Cool!

I know it's hard to get through when you have the whole country dialing in, but we get excited with these little milestones, I just had to share. Thanks!

Someone on Trisha's site said she heard it on her way home from work, and she's in CA, so maybe he did play it. Yeay for Storme! :)

Okay I know that XM 11 is a Clear Channel COmmunications channel and not programmed by XM. But who do I send a complaint to???? If I wanted to listen to ads and DJ chatter I'd be listening to local radio for free. LOL And yes I know I can always change the channel but it seems like there is more and more talk and less music on all the country stations.

Sorry for the rant, Joyce. This is not directed at you in any way.

You could send the complaint to Jon Zellner or I can just forward you the legal response about the arbitration that forced us to allow XM 11 to run commercials that he would send you if you did.

I could also point out that XM11 runs 3 minutes or less of commercials an hour, which is 15-18 minutes less than most crappy local FM stations.

But I think I'll just say that I wound up being glad that we had XM 11, because without a country themed channel that played commercials, we would not have been able to have carried the Grand Ole Opry Live -- commercials and all.

BTW -- Storme is SO jazzed up about having phones. He did some sort of "Nationwide Traffic Jam" and talked to people in 48 states and 4 Canadian Provinces!
