Long Night

Just checking in to say all is well here. It was a very long night of tornadoes moving through Tennessee. I watched Dan and DK --0ur 10pm news anchors -- sign off at 2:30 this morning when they lifted the last tornado warning for Davidson County. The weather team was still going.

We just got some bad storms at my house... no hail... a lot of wind. Sumner County wasn't so lucky, I'm afraid. The light of day is going to bring a lot of bad news.

Oh, wow...I hadn't heard about tornadoes sweeping through TN. Glad you're okay and hope that the news for the rest of TN isn't too bad.

I'm glad your okay too. I hope things are better than your fear. I'm glad we don;t have tornadoes in my country, I would have been terrified.

Thanks for letting us know you're ok. I think tornado alley has moved from Kansas to Tennessee!

Glad to hear all is well. I know there was some serious damage and deaths in Alabama, Tennessee, and Arkansas. We were under a tornado watch between 2:00 and 4:00 a.m. but the weather never did seem that bad here.

Wow, was thinking about you. Glad you are okay. Our tornado watch was lifted but now we're getting the flooding again in Illinois. This is a horrid weather year already.

Sumner County doesn't need more damage! Ugh!

Let us know if we can do anything.

I also watched the news coverage til they signed off. We watched partly because we're scared girls and second because there was a siren going off til 3. Sleeping through a siren is not possible.

Glad you're okay. We got very lucky last night.

Glad all is well J. They canceled our warning early, but we still had some 'straight line' winds that did a lot of damage last night. Now we're waiting for the Scioto to hit its peak flood stage. Luckily for me I live on 'Hilltop USA'.
