A Belated Merry Christmas

Hope everyone had a great Christmas - thanks for keeping the party going here! I appreciate the e-cards and emails too, as usual, I'm a slacker and didn't manage to send out any such niceties.

I had every intention of blogging from the cornfields, however, I wound up being highly distracted by these two cuties. Y'all will forgive me, I know.

US Country is back - it made for a very nice drive home. (When I didn't loose control of the radio to ESPN Radio or Radio Disney.) I'm curious to see tomorrow if we've gotten any hate mail for not leaving the Christmas music playing longer. For those who haven't gotten their fill of the eggnog yet, Holly, XM 103, is staying Christmas for another week or so.

So... what did Santa bring you?

Cute! Did you run into our other current cornfield inhabitant? :D

I roasted in Florida, and came home with a flat screen monitor. Thanks mom. :)

I thought you were going to come home with better eyesight?

lol NICE!

This cornfield inhabitant is so lost in family obligations, it's hard to figure out which cornfield I'm really in. I mean, they all look so different and all, right?

I got three dvds of "CARS". I guess that's what happens when you say a movie is cute. I guess I should have said "An Inconvenient Truth" was cute, as I really wanted that more. :)

Speaking from experience those cornfields do indeed look alike. So do cotton fields. LOL

Any way, Santa (otherwise known as the hubby) brought me an XM2go thingy but it couldn't hold the signal. :( I think it has something to do with the thick masonry walls in on base housing and probably a lot of interference from AF stuff LOL So I returned it.

We'll try again in Ohio.

Don't blame you for being distracted by the cuties.

oh bummer Pam! He was so cute when he emailed me about getting one. He gets an A for effort though!

Santa brought me the world's softest bathrobe. The type you might find in an outlet store in Pigeon Forge for a third of the price.

Yeah...not so much. I still have to get evaluated and stuff. For all I know I don't even qualify! Which would suck badly.

Lish, can you exchange 2 of those DVDs for An Inconvenient Truth and say, Gap Red? :P

I have the greatest gift. My two boys and their families were here for Christmas. I am getting to spend time with all my grandchildren. I, too, am wearing a very soft pink robe from my daughter-in-law and I love it. It is so soft and toasty warm.

This must be the year for fluffy soft bathrobes. I got one as well. It will be nice when the temperature gets a little chillier than it has been. I also got another Garth T-shirt. :-)

The girls are too cute! I'm sure Santa and his helpers spoiled them.

No fluffy bathrobe for me!! LOL
My best part this year was spending it with the grandkids.
Christmas Eve is with my sisters and the families!! We don't get together too often these days so it was very nice!!

I bought my own fluffy bathrobe, on sale! Does that count? :D
