Got Chips?

It is now officially, a Garth event. However... Big G salsa has been renamed, effective with this batch.

It is now to be known as Big G little d Salsa.

Now how the hell am I gonna get this on an airplane?

mmmmmmmmm THE salsa :-D Strangely enough, I have experience in the messy food transportation arena lol. If you're serious....quart size tupperwear container(s) taped with duct tape (really, not kidding here), triple bagged in gallon size ziploc freezer bags, which also you should tape.

Ok... I have 3 mason jars... sealed with duct tape... wrapped in bubble wrap... double ziploc bagged... wrapped in sweatshirts.

Let's hope airport baggage handlers don't decide they're hungry!

I'm so jealous. I have been asking for some big g salsa for the last 3 years... and we only live 15 minutes apart.. how unfair. I'm going to start my begging now.

I know there has to be a story behind the salsa. I'm trying to pciture it, but I'm sure that it is hilarious whatever it is!

Garthetta... Big G salsa originated (if I remember right) during a PG convention many years ago here in Nashville. I brought it to a gathering. My hubby's name is Gary... and since Garth uses the "little g" someone named this Big G Salsa. And it's stuck. It's become sort of a tradition that I bring it to everything from Garth events to Christmas parties.

Best eaten with a spoon. ;-)
