I just spent a delightful 20 minutes or so with my fellow Illinois State Alumni Suzy Bogguss. Love her. She's a doll. We got to talking and laughing about campus parking tickets that totally brought back some memories. I'm going to have to chop some of that up for my show on America sometime.
Jay Thomas has arrived, he was one of the massess flown in for Garth Radio Seminar. I'm going to go check in to the hotel and pick up my credentials... I presume you're going to be looking for on site blogging...?

LOL, I don't think I'll be dragging my laptop out to Blue Rose, thanks! Umm... if indeed... that is... I should find myself there... uh... yeah... because I know **I** haven't mentioned anything about flowers... or colors...
As for why I checked into the hotel... let's see... they're going to feed me... chaufer me.. pay the electric bill, AND they have cable and internet (neither of which I've had the time to get hooked up at my new house yet.) Yeah, I'm there!
Actually, it was just easier than having to trapse back and forth. And Gary and Delaynie are going to come down and go swimming while I'm walking. LOL

You were joking, of course. I'm hoping my sister's internet connection doesn't bog down 'cause that's where I'll be when the press conference takes place. Hoping it will be archived somewhere in case I do end up missing it. I will definitely be stopping in here...several times...or maybe just staying here and hitting the refresh button.
